Newbie from DC Metro area

Lots of life changes in the last year have me working on getting up to speed on real estate and real estate investment. The sum total of my experience is buying and owning a home in Fairfax County. Now I am looking at purchasing a small multifamily home in the Metro area, and I'm soaking up all the information I can. 

I'm so glad I stumbled upon this site and the amazing podcast, which I am binge listening to!!

@Russell Brazil yes, I'm learning that it will be challenging. Good to know that it's not just my lack of knowledge that was leading me to that conclusion. Thanks for the input.
