I've been on Bigger Pockets for a while, just soaking in all the awesome info available.

I dived into the BiggerPockets forums and started soaking up as much information as I could along with listening to the Podcasts.Don't let time or distance stop you from starting I was halfway around the world working 14hr days 7 days a week and I still managed to put in five offers on cabins and met people are hear willing to share their knowledge and time.

Secured a lot of seed capital funding?

I have no experience with seed capital crowdfunding, though I hear great things and many success stories among some younger colleagues.

In this year I want to soak up as much knowledge and information that I can and have a set plan to put into action once I transfer.

Which lead me here, where I'm going to try and soak in as much as I can, and hopefully meet some intelligent people who are willing to help.

I'm good man thanks for asking, and yeah everyone on here is  knowledgeable and I'm just trying to soak up all the knowledge I can.

A couple months ago, our excitement for real estate investing was invigorated and since then we have been sponges soaking up all the information we can through podcasts, forums, books and blogs.

I'm hooked on the podcast and recently started reading through the forums, but to be honest I'm not even sure what I'm looking for yet, just trying to soak it all in.  

I have zero experience but I'd love to network and soak up any knowledge you have to offer.
