New Investors, Looking to Learn, In Colorado Springs, CO

Hello All,

I wanted to introduce myself on the forums. My wife and I are brand new investors in Colorado Springs, CO. A couple months ago, our excitement for real estate investing was invigorated and since then we have been sponges soaking up all the information we can through podcasts, forums, books and blogs. I don't want to get stuck in “analysis paralyzes”, as I tend to over analyze stuff, so we're looking to take action!

We are interested in buy and hold properties, SFRs up to four plexes, to supplement our current incomes and create passive income for the future. We each enjoy our day jobs, so we are not looking to replace those - yet. I feel turnkey properties may be a good way for us to learn the ropes, but the Brrrr strategy would be great also.  We would be willing to look outside the Colorado Springs market as well.

We are in the early stages of building our network, so we are looking for local Real Estate Agents, Attorneys, Accountants, Contractors, Etc... And we are open to any advise/wisdom anyone is willing to give. In an attempt to keep this post short, we are excited to be part of the BP community and look forward to talking/meeting you in the future.

Thanks in advance!
