Hi. I'm Krystal. This is my first post. I've been on Bigger Pockets for a while, just soaking in all the awesome info available. I participated in the Webinar that Brandon Turner put on the other day, and now I'm totally fired up! Feeling super motivated to get my first deal by the end of the year! I live in Salt Lake City, Utah area. Anyone have a great Realtor they would recommend in the area?  

Ok and here is an unimportant thing that has been bothering me. Sometimes my profile picture appears the right way, and sometimes upside-down. Anyone else?

Wonderful, good luck Crystal! I've been remodeling my home over the last 2 years and I'm about to finish. If I can be of any help with your goal please let me know (we live in Murray). I've done a lot of the work myself (electrical, plumbing, framing sheetrocking, plastering). And I have a tiny network of skilled workers. Not ready to pull the trigger on any deals for myself but I'm anxious to learn and grow my network.
