Hello Bigger pockets community, my Name is Joe Saenz. I am young ambitious pawn broker from Victoria, Texas. Since a young age I have always felt a calling towards real estate. I am new to the whole buisness so any guidance and tips along my journey would help. I recently turned 20 and upon that date I evaluated where my life was heading, and wanted to change that direction for the better. I realized though, like old saying says "show me 5 of there friends and I'll tell you who they are." I realized I not only knew very little about the business, but noone I knew including, friends, coworkers, bosses knew much about real estate either. Which lead me here, where I'm going to try and soak in as much as I can, and hopefully meet some intelligent people who are willing to help.
