Don’t penny pinch with your contractor!

Also, i do have 2 pretty decent 401ks if in a complete pinch.

Mostly saving up and penny pinching as much as I can from my W2 job.

We've just been saving and penny pinching while also watching the market and trying to build a team.

So, having a good agent to me is a must.The reason for this post was because my wife was contacted by an investor that wanted to list his rehab and he went with a flat fee listing agent, and I personally thought it was a bad choice for him (not because he did not choose my wife) because he over rehabbed and needs to fully market this property to pinch out every dollar.

It can be for their own safety, as a friend of mine came home to find his chocolate lab chewing through a lamp cord (luckily, unplugged).

The mistakes in an estate planning case can be fatal to everything you have worked to build... this is not the place to penny pinch.
