When Selling a Flip, What Level of Realtor Service?

I am curious what other flippers on BP think about hiring a real estate agent to market their flips. Do you hire a flat fee listing agent? Do you hire a full service agent? If so, do you only pay a discounted commission? What is your strategy balancing profit with good marketing?

Jason Grote I suspected that but wanted to clarify.

I will add to my previous answer. You should figure on the cost of using a full service agent. Even if you sell it yourself then you should make extra profit for doing the work of selling the property.

Finding, negotiating and rehabbing properties are all more profitable work than listing and selling properties. Let an agent do that.
