First Post, Excited to Join BP!
Hello all,
I just wanted to introduce myself to everyone on BP. I am a 22-year-old senior at Rutgers University studying entrepreneurship and I've always had a major interest in real estate investing (wholesaling, F&F, apartment buildings). I am so excited to have come across this website when doing some research online, I've gone through numerous threads and the amount of information on this website is both amazing and overwhelming. I was just curious as to what advice members of the BP would have for an individual like myself who upon graduation and earning some money would like to jump right into the real estate investing game. I just want to thank all of you in advance for all your insight that I've already come across reading various threads.
All the best,
Kyle Kovats

Welcome to the club, Kyle Kovats!
My advice (for what it's worth:)
Start building connections now (good job already by joining BP)
Get a killer job out of college - something you love and pays well and is flexible.
Read a lot
Look for a small multifamily to buy for your first "out of college house". Maybe a 4-plex or something. Start with an FHA 3.5% down payment loan, and make sure it cashflows so well that you don't have to pay anything to live. Then start saving your money that you would spend on rent toward future down payments.
