I am reading books, studying and trying my best to learn but also no wasting long time and want to take action asap since I am a kinesthetic learner, I learn by doing. 

Other than that, I generally consider myself a quick learner and tech-savvy, and I'm super grateful to all of you for having tons of knowledge available to soak up.Fortunately, I have saved up quite a bit of money to be able to invest.

I am highly analytical, action-oriented, & a fast learner.

It's been said condos are really easy to buy and devilishly hard to sell.I've done four condo deals in my entire 20-year real estate career (I'm a slow learner, apparently), and I've gotten burned every single time.Just sayin'.

The majority of people in America today are very poorly equipped by our educational system to teach themselves anything useful -- they come out of school miserable autonomous learners or self-learners.

You've got to find a good mentor or be a good self learner.
