Renting house which loaned with FHA Loan
Hello Dear community. I wish you all the best and praying for all of your prayers to be accepted by the greatest Lord on this minute of moving onto a new year which full of new opportunities.
I have a situation I wanted to share and seek for advices since I looked it up here and could not get to find a situation like myself and it it happened to be present and I somehow missed, please excuse me. I appreciate all of your help.
So, I purchased a house recently in Kansas City/MO using FHA Loan from a corporate money lender. I am a first buyer on the premise. What my goal was to rent it out. As you all great community know, I signed on a document to use the house as primary residence at least for one (1) before I can rent out or whatnot.
I am currently living in an apartment and I do not want to leave my apartment until the lease is off. Besides that I want to rent the house out. I wanted to have a property management to come onboard to help rent the house. However, they usually ask for 10% of the rent which will not do me a favor. I cannot make a positive cash flow from this.
I tried to prepare documents to rent the house out and process is overwhelming. My goal was to learn the process all the way long by purchasing one. I am reading books, studying and trying my best to learn but also no wasting long time and want to take action asap since I am a kinesthetic learner, I learn by doing.
If any of you could give me a hand and guide me through the rest of the process and help me successfully rent out, I would deeply appreciate.
On the podcasts, on the all the ways I look for success and also as Jim Rohn mentions that in the Bible, all I should do is " ASK" and here I am asking for help.
Thank very much all of you.
