Massachusetts real estate exam

I’m currently doing my Massachusetts pre-licensing course and I am curious on how much of this stuff do you actually use on the field of work ? I have heard that most of these things you need to know in order to pass the test but once you get your license you will rate ever use or hear must of the things that you had to study is this true ?
