Hi BP community!

My name is Spencer Lulling and I am a 23 year-old living in Fort Wayne, Indiana. I am currently earning a decent salary as a Product Manager & saving as much as possible. I love the challenge of my position, however I have a dream to travel the world. In order to achieve this, I want to use REI as a vehicle to build long-term wealth & achieve financial freedom.

Specifically, my vision is to execute the BRRRR strategy to buy and hold a multitude of small multi-family units. Then, eventually scale to larger multi-family properties (apartment complexes). My goals for 2020 are to 1) get my real estate license and 2) buy my first property!

I am highly analytical, action-oriented, & a fast learner. I’d love to get involved with other real estate investors in my area. So, let’s get together! I’ll buy. If you’re not in my area—message me here!
