I would like to read your feed backs on which type of property should I go for as a beginner whether it be free and clear property, foreclosed property, or REO properties.

But if it didn’t have the services and infrastructure surrounding it that could feed it with tenants and that’s why the previous owner failed, that’s harder to overcome.

For my properties worth around 75k and 1100 square feed I pay 40-42 per month per property.2500 dollar deductible

There are lots of great lawyers out there but he certainly isn't one of them and feeds the stereotype people have of lawyers in general.It's a big relief that it is resolved and I feel much better about it and my buyer is also glad this is  behind us.
