Looking for more insight on BRRRR Strategy

Hi All,

My name is Talha Makki. I was doing my research on BRRRR strategy as in one of the articles I read choose one niche and become an expert at it. I believe I've found my niche and I've read many articles regarding BRRRR as well as case studies. Also, I'm planning on attending upcoming RE meeting. I currently work for a RE debt collecting company and this company has it's own REO department where I believe I can get good leads from. As I was doing my research there were couple articles as well as posts where it stated that buying a foreclose property for novice is not a good choice since there are many situations such as liens can make your deal go south. I would like to read your feed backs on which type of property should I go for as a beginner whether it be free and clear property, foreclosed property, or REO properties.

@Talha Makki

Since you're new, I suggest you find a reputable real estate attorney to help you along the way. They will help you through the process, and ensure the property you're buying is free of liens.
