Tax delinquent property lists in Orlando

Hey Guys, I just wanted to know is there a way I can obtain a tax delinquent property list ? I’m a fairly new investors on my way trying to make my first deal in wholesaling and would love your feed back or if there’s anyway someone list I would greatly appreciate it. I’m located in Orlando, FL by the way. Thank you

From what I've read in it, you can download the deliquent property list here: http://www.octaxcol.com/tax-roll-download/

It's labeled as "Daily Delinquent Real Estate Update File Zipped".
