I've been giving some thought to utilizing part-time employees to answer calls and run comps to assist in handling my direct mail campaigns.As far as structure, my thought was to market the position as an internship.

I'm studying Accounting and Finance and am finishing up my internship at one of the big 4 accounting firms. 

This strategy did work for an internship which I did at a commercial real estate brokerage.

I did not hang my license as of yet due to some circumstances but seeing that I will be moving to Orlando for 6 months to do an internship I would love to learn all I can about the area as well as network and potentially partner with some people to get a few deals under my belt.

I have an internship with a realtor and he keeps telling me that wholesaling is illegal.

Since that time, I have made significant changes in my life including obtaining a bachelors degree, starting a charity organization, getting married, having a child, successfully completing three internships, and starting my own property management company in another state.

I am currently an MBA student/athlete at Easy Carolina University and I am looking for an internship for the 2017 summer time in North Carolina or the Washington DC area.

I have been searching for an internship for the summer of 2017 within North Carolina and Washington DC area, and I have not been able to find anything that looks interesting to me.I plan to do multi-family investing and possibly house flipping after graduation, so I hope to find someone to shadow/ work for that currently does this type of work full time. 

I'm also a beginner as well and I've actually gotten an internship with a fairly successful investor in my area.

I am looking into an internship to start to see what it takes to become an agent.
