New Member Introduction
Hello Bigger Pockets!
I have recently joined the site and I'm amazed at all the wealth of information on here! I cannot wait to learn more! I'm looking to gain as much information as possible about flipping homes as I desire to begin doing this in the next few months. I live in Kennesaw, Ga which is near Atlanta. I would love any advice on flipping homes that anyone can provide to someone who is a beginner like myself! Also, if anyone knows someone I can reach out to in the Atlanta area to learn more I would greatly appreciate it!
Thank you!

Hey @Natalie Lehmann, good luck on the journey. Its a bumpy one! Read some of the BP books. One of the first ones that was VERY helpful to me, was "The Book on Flipping Houses." Start with that.
My main advice is to pick a strategy and stick with it until you master it. Don't get shiny object syndrome like most and jump from thing to thing without becoming great at anything. Start small, and go step by step. Don't get distracted by how big REI is.
