MBA student looking to shadow

Hello, my name is Adam Manns and I am currently an MBA student/ athlete at East Carolina University. I have been searching for an internship for the summer of 2017 within North Carolina and Washington DC area, and I have not been able to find anything that looks interesting to me.

I plan to do multi-family investing and possibly house flipping after graduation, so I hope to find someone to shadow/ work for that currently does this type of work full time. 

If anyone can offer any advice on searching for internships please reach out to me!
