Hi everyone! My name is Matt Sullivan, I am currently a Senior at Clemson University. I'm studying Accounting and Finance and am finishing up my internship at one of the big 4 accounting firms. I Plan on buying a Duplex right when I graduate using an FHA loan.

@Matt Sullivan Welcome to BP! There are a ton of great resources on the site. 

I have a very similar plan, currently analyzing 2-4 unit multi-families in the Westchester area. I plan on using an FHA loan as well.
