MBA student looking to shadow

Hello, my name is Adam Manns. I am currently an MBA student/athlete at Easy Carolina University and I am looking for an internship for the 2017 summer time in North Carolina or the Washington DC area. I plan to get into multi family real estate investing and possibly house flipping after graduation, so I think that being able to shadow someone who currently does this would be a huge benefit. Any advice on how to search for these types of internships would be greatly appreciated!
