My advice when approaching someone is to be Humble. 

I consider myself to be a humble person and would really appreciate anyone who is willing to give me their time and share their knowledge.I am finally (temporarily) in a financial situation where I have enough for a pretty good down payment on a home up to 250K.  

You know the Chi is all about show and prove so learn as much as you can and do a lot of research and base your decisions on facts is my humble advice.  

I've met so many investors who follow Grant Cardone religiously who also want a quiet, humble life.

It is often times humbling to realize that other members of the team are better than me at many of the tasks involved in being an agent!
