Hi All,

I am extra excited to learn & earn.  I am new to RE, however, I have been "researching" how wholesaling works. So far, it seems that I am asking all the wrong people all the right questions. I need knowledge so bad right now I can taste it. Saturday, November 5th I signed up for a Homeownership Program, hopefully that class will be a crash course in the industry jargon, as well as giving me more information. I would like to know some effective strategies in building a pipeline/balance of lenders, buyers & sellers. Any good advice is & will always be humbly accepted. Thank You.
