Bilingual Spanish, sense of urgency, get things done quickly and accurately, fast learner, great cook, know all the good food spots, energetic, and super hungry to create wealth and always excited help others achieve their goals.

I'm a very fast learner, extra motivated and handy with my hands.

While it is a great place to start, I know that i'm a very hands on kinetic learner, so a mentor would be the most beneficial way for me to grasp real estate investing.

I am a visual learner, so while the blogs, posts, articles, podcasts and books on the subject make sense, I just can’t see how this unfolds for more than a few properties.

I am a ‘sponge learner.’

You need help checking properties out, painting, filing, analyzing, etc...I am on my feet as well as a fast learner.

I don’t have clue about the business but willing to learn, where do I Start to be successful at it?
