Am in Tucson Az. I am new to REI, i want to give myself the best chance to succeed. Realize that i need to get myself close to the action. Close to people that have been successful doing what am trying to do- flip and sell and later flip and hold.

Willing to do work alongside successful investor in exchange for knowledge. Available after 5 pm. Most of the renatus folks that I've met are more focused on recruiting other members then they are on doing deals. My recommendation is to get out there, meet other investors, study and start making offers.  

High-priced education when you're first starting out is a waste of money, in my opinion. Anybody can learn the basics.  Learn the basics first, and then decide if you need high-priced education.
