RENATUS? How many succesful deal have you done?
Am in Tucson Az. I am new to REI, i want to give myself the best chance to succeed. Realize that i need to get myself close to the action. Close to people that have been successful doing what am trying to do- flip and sell and later flip and hold.
Willing to do work alongside successful investor in exchange for knowledge. Available after 5 pm. Bilingual Spanish, sense of urgency, get things done quickly and accurately, fast learner, great cook, know all the good food spots, energetic, and super hungry to create wealth and always excited help others achieve their goals.

Most of the renatus folks that I've met are more focused on recruiting other members then they are on doing deals. My recommendation is to get out there, meet other investors, study and start making offers.
High-priced education when you're first starting out is a waste of money, in my opinion. Anybody can learn the basics. Learn the basics first, and then decide if you need high-priced education.
