New BP member and new to Real Estate investing in the Raleigh-Durham area.  Looking forward to connecting with fellow investors and continued learning in Real Estate investing.  Primary focus is on Residential Assisted Living and/or senior housing.

@Karen Margrave You can check out the link below that gives a breakdown of costs at the City level.  We are using this as a data point for estimating rates we plan on charging at our future facility.  We plan on having both private and shared rooms.

Independent living is definitely an option as well but we're trying to stay focused on one path as we start our REI journey.
