I’ve noticed that you get better/more responses when using female names 

If it works we'll pull the trigger and do our best and hope it's like the first one, if not and we take some body-blows we'll keep slugging and try not to get KO'd.

My primary job is work as a firefighter/paramedic in the Bay Area of California and I dove into real estate wanting to spend more time with my friends and family and realizing my body is already breaking down from the tough conditions of my job.

Look at flooding (because of bodies of water, old pipes in the city, etc.) 

So I don’t need to rely on my body to keep food on the table.Turning my primary into a rental and going to be purchasing a new primary soon.

There isn't a reporting body or anything where the occupancy status of every rental property in each of the two markets is recorded or anything of that nature.Anything you've heard would be anecdotal information.
