Just a mention that these tools, when employed correctly allow us to understand the people we deal with at a much deeper level.

I would just dig deeper into the local economy.  

I cannot begin to explain how surreal this process has been (though I am sure most of you understand) and I cannot wait to get my first property under my belt so I can start looking towards my second :) Excited to take a step deeper into this community and into my real estate journey!

Hey everyone I’ve been lurking on here a while and finally decided to stop wasting time and dive right in.

No red lights, quiet streets, a ghost town of a downtown made up of a few dive bars and abandoned buildings.

I have learned a lot and thankfully have a nice little portfolio today.As I dive further into the real estate business, it is really what I want to do, but I see how much money it truly takes to grow.
