Hello Everyone,

My name is Tony and I'm currently in San Antonio. I'm purchasing a duplex(this will be my second) right now and hopefully will be living there this summer. As for my next step and assignment I'd like to invest in Lubbock.

You might ask WHY!?

#1 I'm a big Red Raiders fan :)

#2 Growing City

#3 Fair Prices, Fair Rent

#4 Good Gut feeling

These reasons may not be good enough but is lots of growth in Lubbock, TX for quite some time and has a pretty good economy too. I'm hoping some of you can share your thoughts on investing in Multifamily properties in Lubbock 5-20 Units.

Also, if someone can share their experiences on investing in Lubbock. Pros, Cons that would be much appreciated. I really appreciate everyone's input. Also, if anyone would please help me out with some references...
