New investor introduction

Hello everyone!

My name is Anthony Blasko and I've spent the past year immersing myself deeper and deeper into learning about all things real estate. I'm about to move somewhere within the next year sometime and plan to begin my investing career there.

Grant Cardone got me hooked and once I exhausted all of his free content, I started looking elsewhere, bringing me to BiggerPockets. Since then, I've read several BP books, started listening to the podcasts, and reading forums and blog posts.

My interests primarily lie in buy and hold investment in multi-family properties. Cash flow is king in my book. Definitely eager to learn more from everyone here by becoming active on these forums and get into my first deal with as much knowledge as possible.
