Has anyone done the education series with Brant Phillips? 

Only difference is today they run you through a progressive series of bigger and more expensive meetings until they get you to the 3 or 4 day $ 30 or $40,000 event.

I heard about the series LLC vs standard LLC.

I plan to set up a series LLC for future rental income properties in TX.

Explain the termination is due to a series of events and since there is threat of litigation, you would prefer that ALL future communications be through your attorney.As far as insurance.
