Hello,

I am in the central FL area and looking to build a real estate investing company starting with the concept of wholesales, fix and flips and eventually buy and holds. While I have zero experience, I am coachable and willing to put in the time to add value to anyone willing to training. I have researched several mentoring programs and very close to signing up with clever investors based on the training that I see that they provide but I would prefer working with someone in my backyard instead of AZ.

That is exactly how I started.

1 I quit my job

1.1 Got the Clever Investor Package)

2 Started my company

3 Cried for days

4 Decided to stop crying

5 Cried a little more

6 Decided wholesaling is the way to go.

7 Created a website!!!

8 Wrote everything I did down  in a form of a diary, mistakes and all

9 Followed the advice of what everybody on BP regurgitates, despite my instincts telling me no

10 Failed at it as I expected following this stupid advice

11 decided to use my own logic

12 Made my first wholesale deal in 3 months (14K)

13 I said "yay"

14 Ran 3 laps butt naked around the house out of shear happiness

15, stepped it up

16 made my second wholesale deal ($20K)

17 Made a few more deals

18 Website took the first spot of Google

21 Jerryll became stuck up

22 Jerryll stopped helping others for free and turned to the chicken, goats and virgins currency

23 Jerryll became really good at making BP admins nervous
