lending for LLC in Houston

Hi I am new to BP. I plan to set up a series LLC for future rental income properties in TX. Any insight and connections for lending for LLC? I have read that credit unions can have more flexibility in lending to small businesses. I realize it would be cheaper to just get a traditional 30yr loan personally, but i like the idea of protection that the LLC offers. Insights?

Lending recommendations for LLC?

Real estate/business formation lawyer recommendations?

Thanks!

I can assist with forming the LLC. I office at 529/Hwy. 6.

As for lending to an entity, that's going to depend on type of assets it has and use of funds. Buy and hold for long-term rental on residential...That is a particular type of loan. If these are new entities, then you will end up borrowing in your personal name and then re-titling into the LLC afterwards. There are a few that will do direct acquisition loans.
