Hi, have you used a mentor to kick start your flix/flip business?  If so, who did you use?  Has anyone done the education series with Brant Phillips?  My partner and I are in the DFW area and have been searching for the right fit for a mentor in the real estate business.  Look forward to hearing some feedback.   Thanks !
