Maybe it's just me, but I like to know about more than one strategy just to broaden my knowledge base.

I love that I can work Blair's program while I work as an agent, and a podcaster, and still can make time to take my boy's fishing.

Right now I am starting off with the small fish - one property at a time.

NY is just a monster market so I am broadening my focus to NJ and PA.

Just for grins, our personal home was purchased in Cupertino in 1973 for 34K sold in 1997 for 305K - - you do the math.The clue here is Cupertino; located in the Silicon Valley where the hi-tech companies are co-located -- Google, Oracle, Facebook, Parc/xerox, HP, Apple and it's all located withing hours of the mountains, sea shore, fishing, hiking - - It was only pure luck that my employer moved me to a job in Palo Alto and I got to live there.That gain FORCED me into a 1031 for my MFU

I definitely LOVE the BP podcasts too and have also found that they've broadened my knowledge about the industry, as well as various terminology. 

So, our largest fish at the moment is an 8 apartment complex and we really appreciate the cash flow that 8 whole units can bring!!

I feel that I understand that process pretty well now, so I'm interested in getting into commercial properties, unconventional financing, and networking to broaden my exposure to greater opportunities.
