I'm interested in taking my investing to the next level. I have done single family rentals over the past few years and have put a lot of sweat equity into them and used conventional financing. I feel that I understand that process pretty well now, so I'm interested in getting into commercial properties, unconventional financing, and networking to broaden my exposure to greater opportunities.

I also plan to take the leap into commercial properties and multifamily properties within a year. My personal property experience with buy and hold is with SFH but from doing a handful of multifamily and commercial wholesale deals I see that that's where the true profits are. Hope that your networking on here helps build your net worth!
