Hello BP Community,

I am an investor in the Central PA area. I started learning about REI in April 2015, and the thought of exiting the Rat Race has me all in (well, all in as much as possible while I'm still in the corporate America trenches). My initial goal was to have one property by August 31, and I'm happy to say that property has been bought, and the roof is getting ripped off as of yesterday. I love the idea being able to provide a nice home for a deserving family, while improving the community I live in, and the surrounding areas. Long term goal is to buy and hold, but I would like to get started with fix n flips and/or wholesaling. I hope it will be the first of many properties that I can pass down to my children, and ultimately teach them what I am starting to learn.

Cheers!

Phil
