After ten years and a few hundred deals, a bank may look at you differently, but even after years of having a banking relationship in larger markets you'll need to be a very big fish in that pond for exceptions.

I used to fish with my dad at the Lake of the Ozarks all the time, and Bass Pro Shops was his favorite store for supplies.

Especially these smaller fishing/tourist towns with access to the city life a comfortable 30 minutes removed.

@Aaron Mazzrillo I agree, I call that fishing for counter offers.

They see few (1/100) actually close and that's about how many you would need to write to get anywhere IMO.When you go bottom fishing, you can't expect trophy fish.
