I mean seriously, people gotta use there heads for more than neck-weights. 

You will get chased if there is an on the job injury and the person does not have enough medical insurance.The state or feds can chase you for back taxes if the person is considered your employee.

You will need to stick your neck out repeatedly to get some attention as wholesalers are pretty common and in my opinion underwhelming.
