What's the best way to find/get an experienced REI as a mentor?
I've been studying for months on how I can find and complete my first deal. I've gone to a 3 day seminar, watched countless videos, read books articles, and etc. I feel like I still need help. I'D really like to find a mentor in my area (Tulsa, OKLAHOMA) but not sure how to go about finding/getting one. Would it be weird to search craigslist? Do I send emails to successful investors asking if they need help with small jobs in exchange for educatinge? Please help

Ok....I can help you. I wholesale investors. I got some old tired ones that need some TLC that you can get cheap. I got some turnkey investors that can bring you right into the mix and get you going. I can even do lease to own if you think you will be around for a while.
Let me know what you are looking for specifically, and I will see what I have a contract on that can be assigned over to you.
