Hello All,

My name is Joey Ashley, and I am a non-trad-student at Indiana University, as well as a new, and blissfully-ignorant RE investor.

Firstly, I'd like to thank all of you, as I have been stalking the forums for several months, and I have learned so much from all of you. I am at that point in my RE career, where it is time to move. I have partnered with established mentors, and I thought it was high-time that I introduce myself here.

Thank you for being such an invaluable resource in getting me started, and no doubt keeping me going in the future. This is really an extraordinary community! Thank you all!

Thank you @Stan K ! I'm currently nearer your neck of the woods than my own. I'm in San Diego, CA at the moment. However, truth be told, I do adore San Fransisco! Aside from the weather, I wish I were there.
