Want to talk to someone in the south Florida area who either are actively In real estate or novice, I’m just trying to get my feet wet, looking to get a property by next year!

I understand that I’m the county it maybe hard to find good comparable data; and most of them seemed ok from a novice perspective but one of them was absurd.

Even though I own a property I still consider myself very much a novice.

You'll find many novice investors have no clue, so work on your educational spiel.Then get real good at finding actual deals for investors.

Why do novice investors assume real estate agents even know how to screen rental applicants?

Hi everyone,I’m a novice investor and after doing some research I picked out Tampa as the place I wanted to invest.

We don't have a time in the day for the extensive learning in the new subject so we either learn through our mistakes (expensive, can bury a novice) or put an effort and find a mentor who can help us along the way (not easy, but pays off big time).

However, I am definitely a novice in this space and know I will hit some ruts along the way.

Being a newer investor I wanted to see if anyone had any advice for a novice.
