New to real estate and eager to learn

Morgan Stameroff
Posted

Hi! My name is Morgan. I am currently living in a medium sized city in Northern California. I own one rental property in my home city that is currently producing a small cash flow. I work in Healthcare and my goal is to learn as much as I can about real estate investments and eventually generate enough passive income from real estate to quit my day job. My first property has been a seamless process and I am blessed to have fabulous tenants. My area is very expensive and I am currently looking out of state for more affordable, and more landlord friendly, states. Even though I own a property I still consider myself very much a novice. I am eager to learn more and am excited to network.
