Most of us don't double dip (except with ice cream).

The CREAM facebook group is really good. 

We have never worked together before but he's seen my passion, he trusts me, he has the capital, and told me that he needs to make an investment this year because he got creamed on his 2016 taxes.

It's all in what flavor of ice cream you like.

We have never had to "fire" any, the cream rises to the top and the ones who aren't that into it slowly drift away.

If you bought a building like that, you have another option than renting the commercial part out.You have 4 females under your roof.Maybe they could open their own hair salon in that front shop.Or turn it into a Detroit Coney Dog place, or a homade ice cream place.Who knows, they might make a fortune.Good Luck!

Logic would dictate that those businesses that grew to large companies had a better product or service then those who didn't as in any industry the cream will rise to the top.So what do you do when your local mom & pop Property Manager runs into a problem they've never encountered before?
