Had to break my lease - Landlord lists property on AirBnB

I had to break my lease in Austin due to job relocation to another state (leaving May 8th). I know I have to still have to pay rent until landlord finds new tenants (while property is vacant) but landlord decided he was going to list the property on AirBnB right after I leave the property. I checked the listing on AirBnB and the property is already booked for the month of May, part of June, and a couple of weekend in July. I also know that the landlord is obligated to find new tenants by law. I have a series of questions. If the property is supposed to be vacant, why is landlord putting it on AirBnb? if booked the whole month, is it still "vacant"? has anyone experienced this as a tenant? What are the laws in this case?

Basically, I will be paying rent 'until' new tenants are found for the property and landlord will be airbnbing it and making profit.

Plese help me figure this out.
