I haven't really researched anything outside of the boroughs yet; I think I'll take your advice and broaden my search.I mainly have being looking at places like Astoria, Harlem and Bushwick that still have a lot of growth potential in my opinion.

Horrible weather Nothing to do unless your hobbies are shopping and gambling.I wouldn't call 320+ days of sunshine a year horrible weather - yes, the summer heat is 'horrible' but many enjoy golfing in december .... rather than being buried in snow or drenched in rain.And yes, Vegas is home to world class amenities when it comes to restaurants, entertainment & shopping but many don't realize it offers lots of outdoor activies such as skiing, camping, fishing, hiking & boating ...

If you are still unable to find a local CPA - Feel free to broaden your search by looking for a CPA that works with clients remotely.

PS this person who called you is probably fishing I would not do this for them without compensation.. usually 50 to 150 dollars for a BPO...

We live in very rural area, but we are also around 5 miles from a man-made lake that is a popular vacation destination for water sports, fishing, rock climbing, and hiking.
