Lending/Financing for Foreign Investors

My company offers single-family turnkey properties to investors from all over the world.  We work with many domestic investors who pay cash and finance and many overseas investors who pay cash.  However, we've recently had an outreach from many, many overseas investors who want to begin or broaden their portfolio but are only able to finance and have a difficult time obtaining a loan in their country.  Are there any lenders around who will work with foreign investors and does anyone know the general guidelines?

Any feedback is welcome and feel free to PM me...

Thanks!
