Hi,im adam and i just got settled into a good job and i want to get moved out of my parents house and start with a house of my own and either ladder up to a nicer house or keep the reality for renters while i continue to work.just looking for tips on where to start or how to start and information on how to be successful in the housing market. it would be nice to become self sufficient off of rentals or "flipping" houses first goal is a house or mobile home that suites my needs and doesn't cost a fortune

If the market goes up it only cost a few hundred to lock them in, if the market goes down you let them keep the option money and say you won't be able to do the deal.

You can use the service of a specialized real estate lawyer, or it can pull out an contract from the internet and altered to cover all necessary areas agreed.I would highly suggest the use of a lawyer if there is large a large sum of money involved, and account for the lawyer's cost as a planed expense for this project.Hope that give a bit of light.

I also have six local long term rentals in my hometown and a 9 ac. farm in Costa Rica I'm developing (that's a whole other story).I don't aspire to own tons of properties, I feel what I currently have is enough to tide me over.

Thank you@James Rey retired when he sold his park for $14,000,000 and moved to Costa Rica, opened a mobile bamboo hut park because he liked the work and lived happily every after.
