SF Bay Area Wholesaling/Investing?

I'm Joshua Barton. From SF east bay contra costa/alameda county area. I'm here to learn everything there is to know about wholesaling! I've got the tools in my belt, just looking to sharpen them before going out into the field.

My background is graphic design and marketing.

If there is anyone else in my area, flipping over deals to investors around the 70% value, please let me know if you have had success locally with wholesaling...

I've got bandit signs going up every weekend, working on my bayareacashbuyers.com web presence, and I'm working on getting a probate/absentee owner mailing list set up. Any other suggestions to get hidden gems? That's a relief to hear the 90% price point, very awesome...
