Hi,

im adam and i just got settled into a good job and i want to get moved out of my parents house and start with a house of my own and either ladder up to a nicer house or keep the reality for renters while i continue to work.

just looking for tips on where to start or how to start and information on how to be successful in the housing market. it would be nice to become self sufficient off of rentals or "flipping" houses

first goal is a house or mobile home that suites my needs and doesn't cost a fortune
