Hi BP,

My name is Rich I am from Atlanta Georgia, I am a fresh member of BP looking to gain valuable knowledge and resources in real estate. I am self motivated and very willing to learn and expand my knowledge. So far I have read "Rich Dad Poor Dad", "The 4 Quandrant" as well as a few other books and listened to podcasts to dive into real estate. Initially I was studying vigorously about wholesale and later met a few people who are knowledgeable investors who  recommended becoming a bird dog so that I could learn some of the processes of the business. My main goal here is to network with like minded individuals and learn the ins and outs of real estate investing. Ultimately I would like to get into rental properties, multi-family housing and apartments to be exact so that I may gain cash flow. But I am also looking for ways of gaining capital in real estate as well to get started. I know there's  lots of information out there in regards to investing but just going from book to book doesn't really give me a solid place to begin, if anyone could direct me to the right place to start would be greatly appreciated, and as said earlier I'm very willing and determined to learn. Also if anyone has any suggestions, ideas, or recommendations I am very open to suggestions. I look forward to getting to know everyone and hope everyone has a great day!

Thanks
